This position is responsible for a variety of accounting duties, including month-end and year-end close activities, financial analysis, and maintaining detailed documentation. $65,000 – $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities Maintain daily cash file and prepare cash receipt postings
Process monthly American Express expense reports
Perform General Ledger journal entries and monthly reconciliations
Perform monthly analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts with variance analysis
Provide ad hoc financial projects and reporting
Maintain adequate documentation and support for financial records
Supports the Controller in the coordination of the quarterly review and annual audit with outside auditors, including preparation of work papers, and coordination of responses to questions
