Job Summary and Qualifications
A person holding the position of Accounting Assist II will understand and be able to operate effectively in all areas of the AP Process. This position carries processing responsibilities, and will be assisting AP leadership with coordinating the daily operations of the AP team. They serve as a customer service liaison and will help enforce established policies and guidelines to identify process improvement opportunities. This position will help ensure processing productivity goals are met and internal controls are satisfactorily maintained. An Accounting Assistant II will assist leadership with training initiatives, and will be involved in developing and mentoring staff members. Additionally, they will be required to participate and lead special projects.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
Update and maintain lease database Maintain hard-copy and electronic lease documentation Review monthly forecast reports and approving rent payments Reconciling statements to actual payments
Identifying contractual obligations regarding various expense types (Utilities, CAM, TI, Etc…
Establish new leases in all operating systems Provide customer service to Accounting, practices and property managers.
Coordinate monthly HealthOne funding request. Lead and coordinate the COID start up process (Acquisitions and Start Ups). Performs duties as required. Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.
Experience:
• Accounting experience preferred
