The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including general ledger entries & journal entries.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Accounts payable and receivable processes by managing invoices, payments, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in internal and external audits and meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in general accounting (1-3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). We will train on other DMS systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tax preparation and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
