Our healthcare client in Nashville is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting or public industry experience, with a proven track record of excellence in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls. Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including 10-K and 10-Q reports. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Support the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors. Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures. Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
Qualifications:
