Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join a growing team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for month-end close processes, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with SOX 404 regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive process improvements and support special projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of balance sheet accounts. Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules. Support external audits and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis. Ensure compliance with SOX 404 internal controls. Contribute to continuous improvements in accounting processes and financial reporting.
Skills & Qualifications :
3-5 years of accounting experience (preferably in a corporate or public company setting). Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance. Advanced proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. CPA or CPA-track preferred.
