Sr. Accountant Position Available In Davidson, Tennessee

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. The individual will be an integral part of our team, with responsibilities that span across a variety of accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Execute account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations to confirm the accuracy of all data.
• Undertake bank reconciliations to verify the integrity of financial data.
• Maintain general ledger to keep an accurate record of the company’s financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries for income and expenditures, ensuring each transaction is recorded correctly.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Conduct month-end close procedures to finalize the financial position of the company for the specific period.
• Operate NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for various accounting and financial functions. Requirements
• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Senior Accountant.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation is a necessity for this position.
• The candidate should have experience in balance sheet reconciliation.
• Experience in bank reconciliations is crucial for this role.
• Understanding and practical experience with general ledger is required.
• The candidate should be capable of making journal entries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed for this position.
• Experience in month end close processes is expected.
