Temp to Perm LHH is hiring a Staff Accountant for a growing company in Nashville, TN ! This person will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist with audits and tax filings. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance. Proficiency in accounting software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
