Responsibilities:
Maintain corporate general ledger including fixed asset accounting Manage month-end journal entries and GL Accounting Perform bank and balance sheet and corporate account reconciliations Prepare and submit month/quarter/year-end analyses Assist with external audit and corporate tax preparation and filings Assist with preparation of corporate financial statements by monthly fixed deadlines Improve and maintain internal controls and processes Provide support for ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with min 3.0 cumulative GPA are required Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision Effective with multi-shifting priorities in fast paced environment Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills Must reside within 50 miles of the Nashville , TN HQ for occasional in office work MUST have strong Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite with outstanding technical skills
