JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our integral financial reporting team as a financial reporting associate. The ideal candidate will manage the financial reporting requirements of our corporate clients in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. As a financial reporting associate within Workplace Solutions you will contribute to assisting clients with the implementation and setup of financial reporting on our platform, supporting their ongoing reporting needs, maintaining documentation and controls to ensure quality, and contributing to platform product development.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage client reporting relationships, including but not limited to:
Interact with corporate client contacts to set up financial reporting on the platform and reconcile reports for sign-off.
Respond to client queries to fulfill their reporting requirements on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Provide client education related to

ASC 718, IFRS

2, and maintain ongoing client communications.
Assist in sales demonstrations.
Participate in product development and process improvement initiatives.
Aid in the development and documentation of key procedures and controls related to financial reporting.

Required Skills, Capabilities, and Qualifications:

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with large data files.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet individual goals and deadlines.
Establish effective working relationships with other team members and team leads.
Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative, proactive, and able to multi-task.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Qualifications:

Understanding of relevant

US GAAP & IFRS

reporting standards requirements for share-based payments, best practices, and procedures.
Third-level degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
Prior experience in the share plan industry.
