Full-time Estimated Salary:

$65K – $75K/year Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform account reconciliations and journal entries Support internal and external audits (including J-SOX and IATF) Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes Mentor junior accounting staff as needed Accountant III Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong Excel and ERP system skills (SAP or similar preferred) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry a plus
