If you’re skilled in QuickBooks, organized with numbers, and excited to support a scaling accounting department, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Handle daily bookkeeping for multiple LLCs using QuickBooks Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records Assist in budgeting, financial tracking, and preparing basic financial reports Support month-end closing processes and vendor/payables tracking Help improve workflows and support new processes as the company grows
What You Bring:
Proficiency in QuickBooks though not required, preferred (Online and/or Desktop) Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data An eagerness to learn and grow with a scaling company Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, startup environment Experience in retail, manufacturing, or distribution is a plus—but not required
