The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax regulations and accounting principles, with the ability to assist clients in navigating their financial obligations. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations. Duties Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses. Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide support in technical accounting matters, including debits and credits. Utilize financial software and accounting software to manage client data effectively. Support and prepare month-end closing; balance sheet, income statement, and other financial reports Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client services. Requirements Bilingual Korean and English required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial accounting principles. Proficiency in financial software and accounting software is highly desirable. Experience in financial services or financial sales is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior experience in tax preparation or related roles is an advantage.
