The ideal candidate will be proficient in various accounting software and possess a strong understanding of financial concepts. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle accounts payable and receivable, maintain accurate financial statements, and support the full charge bookkeeping for various clients. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the bookkeeping process, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, P&L statements, full cycle accounting. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using QuickBooks. Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist CPA’s on staff with any special projects. If desired, they will teach tax work and provide training to learn. Qualifications 10+ years Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role in accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, debits, credits, and financial concepts. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately. A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not required based on experience.
