Overview:
You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of dynamic clients, not just crunching numbers, but also being the central point of contact and ensuring smooth operations internally and externally. You’ll get to build real relationships with clients, external partners, and our internal team, making sure everyone has a fantastic experience while working in a growing company in a progressive area of the financial services sector, captive insurance.
What You’ll Do:
Engage in
Comprehensive Financial Management:
You’ll manage essential accounting functions – from preparing premium invoices, to recording claims transactions, managing different types of daily entries, conducting monthly reconciliations and preparing quarterly and annual financial reports. Key Client Contact:
You’ll be a reliable and helpful resource for client inquiries, providing valuable investment information and participating in their annual meetings. Regulatory Processes:

You’ll work alongside CPAs for audits and tax matters and support Actuaries with their reserve analyses, expanding your professional network and learning from experienced colleagues. What You’ll Bring to the
Team:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Ideally, 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience. A solid understanding of GAAP principles and their practical application. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop. Client facing experience is a big plus.

Annual base salary for positions at this level and job group starts at $70,000 (before bonuses) and your base pay will depend on the qualifications, experience, skills and competencies required for this job.
