Job DetailsResponsibilities:

1. Analyzing complex financial reports andrecords. 2. Making recommendations based on analysis and status ofreserves, assets and expenditures. 3. Reviewing journal entries ofjunior accountants to ensure accuracy. 4. Training and mentoringjunior staff. 5. Performing variance analyses and preparing accountreconciliations. 6. Assisting with financial and tax audits. 7.Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditingteam. 8. Coordinating more complex accounting projects andinitiatives with other members of the accounting and finance teamor with other departments. 9. Conducting budget analysis to assistin the development and implementation of financial policies andprocedures. 10. Conducting financial analysis to providedata-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Accountantposition should possess the following qualifications: 1. ABachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. AMaster’s degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificationis preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience,preferably in a manufacturing setting 3. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel. 4. Experience withcost accounting, budget analysis and financial analysis. 5. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent interpersonaland communication skills. 7. High attention to detail and accuracy.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Strongethics, with an ability to manage confidential data. This role isideal for a professional with a strong understanding of accountingand financial principles and a knack for numbers. The successfulcandidate will be a strategic thinker, effective communicator, andan expert in financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate financeand information analysis.
