Hours :
Minimum of 20 hours per week in our off Season & 40 hours in season (August -October) | Not a remote position Associate’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus
Responsibilities :
Manage accounts payable and receivable Process payroll and maintain financial records Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements Reconcile bank statements and ledgers Assist with tax preparation and filing Generate financial reports for management Manage and maintain accurate balance sheets and P&L reports Expertly use QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting Pay bills on time and process incoming invoices Prepare and assist with annual reports Assist in month-end and year-end closings Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions Proven experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of payroll processes, including W-2 and I-9 requirements
