What You’ll Do Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through account reconciliations, journal entries, and precise reporting. Partner with senior finance leaders to deliver insights that support strategic business decisions. Participate in the monthly close process and assist with the consolidation of multiple business entities. Prepare special reports by analyzing trends and summarizing financial performance. Support the implementation of new systems, including ERP platforms, payroll programs, and cash management tools. Help manage corporate credit and expense reporting workflows across multiple systems. Maintain detailed records of profit and loss, liabilities, assets, and other key financials. Assist in managing cash flow activities, including payroll and disbursement reconciliations. Collaborate with external auditors by providing necessary documentation for annual audits. Support operational teams with variance analysis and financial schedule preparation. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. 3-5 years of professional accounting experience (real estate industry exposure is a plus). A sharp eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement in accounting practices and systems. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional communication skills and professionalism when working with internal teams and external partners. Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive financial information. Bonus Points For Experience in real estate accounting. Familiarity with Sage CRE and/or Yardi systems. Prior involvement in systems integration or ERP implementation projects. Why Join Us?
