ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Prepare standard month-end journal entries, including amortization of prepaid assets Contract reconciliations. Review monthly pools/caps in preparation for invoicing and month end close Prepare month end Balance Sheet recons as assigned Review and post GL uploads of claims, pharmacy, and credit card bills Prepare Insurance Expense allocations Assist the Controller with quarterly/annual local tax filings and annual report Fixed assets Maintenance Miscellaneous projects or reports as required by management Any and all other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required 2+ years of related experience Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills QuickBooks experience preferred Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; hands-on training
