Job Summary:
The Accounting/Administrative Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to support the company’s operations. This role requires a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Functions:
Payroll:
Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Accounts Payable (AP): Handle all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment disbursement.
Commissions:
Assist in calculating and processing commissions for sales staff and agents, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and maintain financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Reconciliation:
Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
Administrative Support:
Office Management:
Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office organization.
Communication:
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Record Keeping:
