Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities
Manage the full accounts payable process using accounting software, including approvals and entries for multiple entities
Assist with month-end close tasks and help maintain intercompany accounts
Support the team with project-related administrative tasks and general office operations
Maintain and organize physical and digital records, including asset listings and filing systems
Route and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
Process bills, prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
Respond to employee and client inquiries via email, phone, or in person
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in an accounting or administrative role (e.g., Accounting Associate, Administrator, Coordinator)
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be a team player with a proactive attitude
High school diploma required; additional education a plus
