Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain project financial records and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded Ensure accuracy of project entries to ledger accounts Reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger Support projects with accounting and financial activities to measure/monitor project financial performance Lead month-close procedures Audit records including contracts and change orders Prepare complex project balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant project accounting or finance experience Proficient Excel skills (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, PivotTable etc.) Able to work a hybrid schedule in Franklin, TN Strong attention to detail
