Responsibilities:

Ensures project safety by having full authority to stop work when unsafe conditions exist, reporting concerns to the Project Superintendent and Safety team Leads all phases of project execution, including team development, contract negotiation, budgeting, and scheduling, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations Builds strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners to promote future business opportunities Actively supports company initiatives, community involvement, and the integration of new tools and technologies

Required Skills:

Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Executive within the construction industry (cost estimating, knowledge of materials, etc) Strong background in commercial, multifamily, or hospitality construction projects Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and maintain strong client relationships Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field

Additional Skills:

Has specific experience utilizing software’s such as Bluebeam, Viewpoint, and Procore Managing project sizes from $60 million – $200 million
