The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on Payroll Administration, Accounts Payable, and compliance with GAAP. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of our financial records. Duties Process monthly payroll to include tax deposits and 401k deposits. Process Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Account Reconciliation. Process employee expense checks. Remote check deposits, receipt administration. Provide support to the Accounting Department. Qualifications Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years Accounting and Payroll experience. Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices. Experience with financial management, including budgeting and forecasting. Proficiency in GAAP standards is essential. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. Payroll Administration, monthly tax deposits, yearly tax deposits to include W2’s. Prior experience with SAGE software or comparable payroll software. Bank Reconciliations, accounts payable, general ledger and account reconciliation. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
