Accounting Supervisor

Be part of a winning team! Ron Jon, the world’s best known surf shop and active lifestyle brand, is currently seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join our corporate office.
This is a full time/ exempt position, Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm.
Pay commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
5-7 years accounting experience.
Full cycle Accounting experience including reconciliations, accruals, financial reporting, month-end close, A/P, inventory, journal entries, fixed assets.
Oversee bank reconciliations
Experience with Microsoft Excel, and comfortable with accounting & fixed assets software.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Strong math skills, analytical problem solving ability.
Detail oriented with effective organizational skills & ability to multi-task.
Budget experience.
This position will manage a small number of associates within the department.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
