PM Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and the general ledger. Monitor and support accounting personnel while ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax audits, and corporate tax returns. Prepare budgeting reports, revenue forecasts, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP or relevant standards. Supervise month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Maintain and update financial documentation, accounting processes, and procedures for accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) operations. Optimize financial operations to improve efficiency and support business decision-making.

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in an Accounting Supervisor or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
