At this level, employees also manage processes or programs within a small agency (e.g. Payroll), including the development, evaluation, and revision of accounting policies and procedures to meet required rules. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level also requires these employees to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen. Minimum Qualifications Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 5-6 years of experience.
