About the Position
This position will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable division withing the accounting department of the Department of Finance and Administration. The position’s responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following: Training, work planning, assignments, review, performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level requires the employee to have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform and review the work overseen. This position will be the division supervisor to help ensure proper policies and procedures are followed and to update and create new policies and procedures to allow the department to be more efficient, while following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Preferred Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 5-6 years of experience.

Bachelor of Accounting and 5+ years of supervisor experience or Master of Accounting and 4+ years of supervisor experience.
