Job Description:
Record and generate variety of information pertaining to thepatient revenue process. Accurate, high-performance level positionrequires certain degree of knowledge of complex rules andcorresponding ability to apply these rules in the work environmentto achieve desired outcomes.
Fiscal Responsibility:
Record orgenerate revenue by gathering and processing information thatimpacts the patient revenue process. Fiscal responsibility measuredon high production levels, quality of work output, incompliancewith established DUHS policy standards. May also be defined interms of value of work portfolio assigned and /or revenueexpectations.
Customer Service:
Initiate and develop relationshipswith customers in order to gather and process information orresolve issues in order to receive accurate reimbursement andoptimize internal and external customer satisfaction.
ClericalDuties:
Operate general office equipment. Generates letters, workson spreadsheets; enters and sorts data.
Scope of Authority:
Workindependently and has the ability to make decisions relative toindividual work activities. Accountable for individual workactivities. Work assignments defined by immediate supervisor ormanager. Job does not require supervision of other employees in theunit.

Monday – Thursday 8a-5p; Friday 8a-12 noon
