???? About the Role
Community Access Unlimited (CAU) is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Rep-Payee Supervisor to manage the personal finances of members with disabilities who are unable to do so independently. In this key role, you’ll lead a team ensuring accurate bookkeeping, compliance with Social Security Administration (SSA) regulations, and timely bill processing—helping our members maintain financial stability and dignity.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Rep-Payee Business Manager, accounting team, and program staff to keep things running smoothly and meet critical deadlines. If you’re someone who thrives in a structured environment and values making a real difference in people’s lives, this role is for you.
???? What You’ll Do
Supervise Rep-Payee staff and ensure effective operations
Oversee member bank accounts and bookkeeping functions
Ensure compliance with SSA rules and reporting standards
Process and review bills, monitor SNAP and PEX usage
Maintain accurate records and financial reporting
Support SSA audits and prepare documentation for year-end audits
Collaborate with auditors, government agencies, and internal departments
Provide technical support for Rep-Payee systems
Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
Ensure compliance with all required background checks and agency regulations

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years’ experience in accounting or nonprofit financial management
Familiarity with SSA guidelines and organizational accounting preferred
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
