Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and reconciliations (DIVVY/BILL.COM) Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and internal reporting Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations and internal controls Support audit preparation and Form 990 documentation Maintain accurate records for grants, donations, and fundraising Organize financial files and assist with admin support for events
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of nonprofit or administrative accounting experience Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, BILL.COM, Give Lively Excellent organizational and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience) Passion for humanitarian work and Aerial Recovery’s mission
