Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and payments with accuracy and timeliness. Manage payroll processing for various clients. Prepare and submit customer billings. Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations. Perform additional accounting tasks as needed to support clients. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience or a degree in accounting. In-depth knowledge of accounting processes and best practices. Proficient in QuickBooks with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. Ability to work in-person at multiple client locations across different industries. Experience in construction accounting is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

Compensation is dependent upon experience and ranges from $27.50-30/hr.

Flexible Scheduling:

Employees in this role can choose their own schedule and client load based on their needs. Hours for this role typically range between 15-30 per week with 2-5 clients. Work authorization/security clearance requirements Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States. Physical Requirements/Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
