Compensation:

$85,000 – $90,000 annual salary

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing credit and collections to meet DSO and cash targets Leading, developing, and coaching the credit/AR team Reviewing aging reports and monitoring workflows to ensure timely approvals Collaborating with sales and operations to resolve payment and credit issues Serving as the escalation point for delinquent accounts Reporting on collections performance weekly/monthly Acting as the “bad cop” when needed—firm but relationship-focused What You’ll Need to be
