A Health Care provider IS seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the AP team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, expense reports, and maintaining relationships with vendors. The ideal candidate has leadership skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and experience working in a health fast-paced environment. BachelorsResponsibilities Supervise and support the accounts payable team. Review, verify, and approve invoices and payment requests in accordance with company policies. Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Oversee monthly AP closing activities and assist with general ledger reconciliations Maintain vendor records, respond to inquiries, and resolve payment discrepancies. Monitor aging reports and manage payment terms to optimize cash flow. Collaborate with procurement and other departments to ensure accurate invoice coding and approval workflows. Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
