Accounts Receivable Manager Bitflow Innovative Group Inc Miami, FL 33133 Job Overview The Accounts Receivable Manager position is a key role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow. Duties Finance and Accounting skills Experience with Debt Collection Software is a must. We use CLS (Collection Master by Vertican Technologies) Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Excellent organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections. Manage and reconcile financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage. Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations in all financial transactions. Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve cash flow. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding billing inquiries. Train and mentor staff on best practices in accounts receivable management.
