Responsibilities of the Accounts PayableSupervisor Verify, review, and process invoices, check requests,and expense reports. Reconcile accounts payable transactions andresolve discrepancies promptly. Communicate with vendors to addresspayment inquiries and maintain accurate vendor account informationas an Accounts Payable Supervisor. Prepare and distribute accountspayable checks and manage electronic payments. Maintain accuraterecords of all accounts payable transactions to ensure success inthe Accounts Payable Supervisor role. Ensure compliance withcompany policies, procedures, and relevant regulations, includingpreparing and filing forms. Generate and analyze accounts payablereports for management. Assist with month-end closing and year-endaudit processes. Coordinate with the field AP team and providefeedback for process improvements. Support the ERP conversion toSage Intacct for enhanced efficiency as an Accounts PayableSupervisor Requirements for the Accounts Payable Supervisor 3 yearsof experience in accounts payable, ideally in an Accounts PayableSupervisor capacity. Proficiency in accounting software and strongExcel skills (assessment required). Construction industryexperience is a plus. Familiarity with Sage Intacct, Titanium, orsimilar accounting tools is a plus.

Education:

Associate’s degreein Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
