The Accounts Payable Supervisor willoversee and manage the accounts payable team, ensuring efficientinvoice processing, assignment, and resolution in a high-volumeenvironment. AccountsPayable Supervisor:

Oversee and manage the invoice assignmentprocess, ensuring tasks are aligned with the queue. Monitor andtrack the status of invoices, including verification of assigned,completed, and new tasks. Proactively manage older invoices toensure timely resolution. Supervise incoming purchase orders (POs)and non-PO invoices to maintain seamless operations. AccountsPayable Supervisor Role:

2-5 years of experience in AccountsPayable management or supervision, with a proven track record ofleading teams. Previous Healthcare or Medical Industry experienceis required Comfortable with high-volume invoicing in a fast-paced,deadline-driven environment. Expertise in Excel, includingproficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions. Strongorganizational skills with the ability to effectively managemultiple tasks simultaneously as an AP Supervisor.
