Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Billing Manager to manage the operations of billing, accounts receivable, import file, data entry, and cancellations. The Billing Manager will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all revenue-generating departments are synchronized, efficient, and functioning in a way that aligns with the company’s broader growth goals. Billing Manager:

Responsible for the full life cycle of a customer’s accounts, including invoicing, cash application, customer dispute management, receivables research, collections management, receivables reporting, import file, data entry, collections, and cancellations. The Billing Manager will support special projects as required. Manage a small team of AR specialists. Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes, including Accounts Receivable and Cancellations, etc. Communicate customer issues with the Operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints. Billing Manager:

5+ years of accounts receivable experience. 5+ years supervisory/management experience. Intermediate Excel skills as the Billing Manager. Preferred Experience/Skills for the

Education Requirements:
