Accounts Payable Manager Position Available In Volusia, Florida

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Manager based in Daytona Beach, Florida. This role involves managing the accounts payable department of our organization, utilizing various accounting software systems, and ensuring accurate data processing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing of customer credit applications with efficiency and accuracy
• Utilize accounting software systems such as ADP – Financial Services, Concur, and Workday ERP for various accounting functions
• Oversee account coding and ensure all data is processed correctly
• Maintain and audit customer credit records for accuracy and compliance
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the status
• Handle accounts payable (AP) operations and ensure all accrual accounting procedures are followed
• Manage transactions through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. Requirements
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Account Coding is required.
• Proficiency in various Accounting Software Systems is expected.
• Familiarity with ADP – Financial Services is a must.
• Competence in using Concur is highly desired.
• Strong Data Processing skills are essential.
• Ability to handle various Accounting Functions is necessary.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial.
• Understanding of Accrual Accounting is required.
• Prior experience in Auditing is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes is beneficial.
• Experience with Workday ERP system is preferred.
