Accounts Payable Manager Location:
Marietta, GA (Onsite)
Must Haves:
10-12 years of AP experience Experience managing AP in a shared services and multi-site environment Strong leadership and process improvement experience ERP system knowledge (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) Strong Excel skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in a PE-backed company Prior experience in an environment undergoing ownership transition
Job Description:
Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations across multiple business units Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and month/year-end AP close Implement internal controls and ensure SOX compliance Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and business unit leads Support process automation and system improvement initiatives Mentor and develop AP team members This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the AP function during a major transition in a dynamic, PE-backed organization.
