KeyResponsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Manager Lead and mentora team of accounts receivable specialists , ensuring effective taskdelegation, performance monitoring , and professional development.

Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process , ensuringaccuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial policies.

Oversee the accurate and timely generation of invoices , includingannual mass billing processes . Analyze open customer receivables ,identify trends, and propose solutions to resolve discrepancies .Review past-due accounts, research disputed invoices, and takenecessary actions such as invoice resends, PO number updates, andissue resolution . Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, identifying key trends and areas for improvement . Oversee theannual audit process for accounts receivable, ensuring allreporting requirements are met. Maintain strong relationships withcustomers, ensuring timely responses to billing inquiries anddispute resolutions . Serve as the primary point of contact forescalated A/R issues, working closely with internal teams andexternal stakeholders . What You Need to Succeed as an AccountsReceivable Manager Education & Experience Associate’s degree inAccounting or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred .3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable management , with atleast 2 years of team leadership experience . Proven success inmanaging A/R operations in a business environment. Proficiency inaccounting software (preferably Oracle NetSuite ) and data analysistools .
