What You’ll Do as the AccountsPayable Manager As the Accounts Payable Manager , you will be atthe forefront of financial operations, ensuring efficiency,accuracy, and compliance while leading a dedicated team. Your rolewill be integral in modernizing processes and driving operationalexcellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and overseeingall aspects of the accounts payable function to ensure smooth andtimely processing of invoices and payments. Leading a team of eightAP professionals , providing guidance, training, and mentorship tomaintain high performance and accuracy. Developing and implementingautomation strategies , reducing manual processes to improveefficiency in accounts payable operations. Handling vendor taxcompliance , including sales and use tax reporting across 50jurisdictions and ensuring 1099/1042 compliance. Driving themodernization of the Source-to-Pay process , optimizing systems andworkflows to align with the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Leveraging financial data and analytics , creating reports and KPIsto monitor vendor agreements and the operational performance of theaccounts payable team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams toenhance cash management strategies and support broader financialinitiatives. What You Bring as an Accounts Payable Manager Tosucceed in this role, you should have: A Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experiencein accounts payable leadership). 7 years of progressive experiencewithin accounts payable, shared services, or financial operations.

Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teamswithin a high-volume accounts payable environment. Strongproficiency in ERP systems, financial applications, data analyticstools, and Microsoft Excel .
