Your expertise in accounts receivable processes will be crucial in maintaining our company’s financial health and contributing to our ongoing success.

Qualifications Qualified applicants must possess:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in accounts receivable management, preferably within the beverage industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with route accounting system, Encompass, is a plus. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Essential Job Functions o Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collections. o Manage a team of accounts receivable staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth. o Develop and implement effective credit policies and collection strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt. o Analyze accounts receivable aging reports and provide insights to senior management on outstanding balances and collection trends. o Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction. o Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable performance to management, highlighting key metrics and trends. o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the collection process. o Other responsibilities as supervisor sees fit. •Why Join Us?•At Eagle Rock Distributing Company we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
