Position Overview:

The Assistant AR/Credit Manager will play a key role in managing accounts receivable and credit operations, ensuring timely collections, maintaining positive customer relationships, and supporting the AR/Credit Manager with daily responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor customer account balances and credit limits Review and manage accounts placed on credit hold Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers’ accounting teams Collaborate with the AR department on collection efforts Oversee collections for key accounts Communicate with customers regarding account inquiries Apply payments to customer accounts Assist with additional accounting projects and tasks as needed Serve as a back-up to the

AR/Credit Manager What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of AR, credit, and collections experience Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and ERP systems Business-to-business credit and collections experience required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly self-motivated, organized, and dependable
