Job Description
Description We are looking for a highly experienced Accounts Receivable Director to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract position that requires someone with extensive expertise in managing AR functions, driving cash flow, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to quickly adapt, prioritize tasks, and deliver results while working in a hybrid schedule (three days in-office per week).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, and cash application processes.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflows across multiple brands and divisions.
- Evaluate and prioritize workloads, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering efficiency and accountability.
- Monitor cash flow activities to ensure timely and accurate processing across all AR functions.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational performance.
- Support the stabilization of Oracle Fusion systems and processes, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Maintain high levels of organization, planning work ahead and tracking progress effectively.
- Adapt to evolving priorities and lead efforts to meet corporate objectives.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Strong expertise in billing, collections, and cash application processes.
- Proficiency with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment with flexibility to be on-site three days a week.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
