Payroll/Accounts Payable Manager Position Available In Mercer, Pennsylvania

Payroll/Accounts Payable Manager I.C. Electric, Inc. Sharpsville, PA 16150 We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll/Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing and accounts payable functions. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll execution, compliance with tax and labor regulations, and efficient vendor payments. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of payroll and AP systems, quickbooks efficient and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Accounts Payable Management:

• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle from invoice entry to payment processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and credit card transactions.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and payment terms.
• Prepare AP aging reports and reconcile AP-related accounts monthly.
• Maintain internal controls and support audit and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities Payroll Management:

• Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, including salaried and hourly staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Manage payroll tax reporting and remittances.
• Handle year-end processing, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and respond to payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications No degree required, but must have experience in QuickBooks, Accounting, and Payroll Processing.
