We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to lead and optimize our global AR operations. This role is critical in managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process across multiple go-to-market models, including direct sales, channel partners, direct customers, and subscription-based revenue streams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in AR, credit risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cash flow performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
AR Operations Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day AR operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.

C Process Optimization:

Design and implement scalable AR processes tailored to diverse GTM strategies (e.g., B2B, B2C, DTC, recurring revenue).

Credit & Risk Management:

Establish and monitor credit policies, assess customer creditworthiness, and manage credit limits to mitigate financial risk.

Cash Flow & Forecasting:

Partner with FP&A to forecast collections, monitor DSO, and support working capital initiatives.

Systems & Automation:

Leverage ERP and AR automation tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and IT to align billing practices with contractual terms and customer expectations.

Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing AR team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
7+ years of progressive AR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proven experience managing AR in a complex, high-volume environment with multiple GTM/O2C models
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and AR automation platforms
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment

Compensation
The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $100-$120,000. Benefits and Perks
