Job Description
Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and addressing customer inquiries. This role also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions. Construction industry or
SAGE 300
experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
- Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records
- Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
- Utilize accounting software systems such as
SAGE 300
for data processing
- Oversee the accounts payable function within the organization
- Perform accrual accounting and auditing tasks
- Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes
- Use ADP – Financial Services and Concur for specific accounting functions
- Supervise account coding tasks. Requirements
- Proficiency with Sage 300 is a plus
- Proficiency in Account Coding is essential
- Experience with Accounting Software Systems is required
- Must have knowledge of ADP – Financial Services
- Familiarity with Concur is necessary
- Ability to handle Data Processing tasks
- Understanding of Accounting Functions is vital
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a must
- Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is necessary
- Auditing skills are required
