They help identify areas for improvement, such as reducing costs, increasing revenues, or optimizing resourse allocation. Budget Audits and evaluations are essential tools for monitoring and improving business performance. The main objectives of a budget Audit include verifying budget data, assessing budget polices and procedures, measuring budget execution, and identifying strengths and weaknesses of the budget system.
