Job Description
As an IT Internal Control and Compliance Lead, you will ensure that the organization’s IT systems and control processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with Sarbanes-Oxley and other relevant regulations. This role requires strong leadership in IT compliance, control design, and audit response management, while supporting initiatives related to PCI, Data Privacy, and system implementations. This position can follow a hybrid schedule with periodic travel to the Home Office in Manchester, CT. Key Skills for Success To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strengths in the following skill areas: IT compliance and audit readiness Internal controls and risk assessment Regulatory knowledge (SOX, PCI, Data Privacy) Process documentation and reporting Communication and stakeholder management Project and vendor oversight Core Competencies & Expertise 5+ years of IT controls auditing, consulting, or implementation experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, Hybris, Dynamics) Experience auditing IT processes, infrastructure, and applications Hands-on testing of ITGC (IT General Controls) Familiarity with compliance for Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, and Data Privacy Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Ability to influence and drive alignment across departments Strong attention to detail and quality Preferred Competencies & Skills Master’s Degree Experience managing PCI audits and working with QSA Experience developing and testing security controls and audit test plans Proven ability to automate internal control processes Who We Are At Bob’s, we have fun, we love what we do, and we’re growing fast!
