Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Auditor to assess financial operations and ensure the company is following all applicable standards and regulations. The Auditor will examine financial statements, accounting systems, internal controls, and risk management processes to evaluate the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct internal and/or external audits according to the audit plan. Review financial statements and accounting records for accuracy and compliance. Evaluate internal controls and identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management. Recommend improvements to procedures, controls, and systems. Follow up on audit findings to ensure issues are resolved. Assist in developing audit strategies and programs. Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity and objectivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CIA, or CISA certification (preferred or required depending on role). Proven experience as an auditor (internal or external). Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards. Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and corporate governance. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and report-writing abilities. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
